Inserting bars The “Insert Bars Between Locators” function on the Edit menu, or context menu, can be used for inserting empty bars between the Left and Right Locators. All clips that intersect the locator positions on all tracks after the Left Locator are split and moved to the Right Locator to make room for the inserted bars. Different tracks with lanes before and after insertion of 4 extra bars between bars 13-17.
